Alchemy can be defined as a power or process of transforming something common into something special; or a medieval philosophy and early form of chemistry whose aims were the transmutation of base metals into gold.

Workplace Alchemy provides fun experiential workshops that share tools and resources that can help to transform the workplace in service of personal growth and the growth of the organization. The workplace becomes a safe place in which to communicate effectively and increase learning and self awareness.

The transformation begins with communication and leads to connection and creativity. Inspired and open communication can become the way of communicating. The process can seem overwhelming. However, once you become aware of what you are choosing you open the door to all that will follow. You will become conscious of your ability to communicate in a real way with those around you and you will feed your soul by engaging others in this way. You will begin to show up more authentically which creates the possibility of authentic connections with those around you.
